Train the Trainers Workshop Information

Hello and thank you for your interest in becoming a Trainer with us! We train and certify all our Trainers through our Train the Trainers Workshop, which is a two to three day training which will equip you with the tools, strategies, methodologies, techniques, practice and confidence to be able to effectively empower mono-linguals with basic, connective language.

The focus of all our courses is SPEECH. Therefore, through this training, you will learn our innovative instructional system called C.O.L.A®, which uses research-based, multisensory instruction, coordinated with interactive student materials, to deliver spontaneous speech of basic language. Students of your classes will walk away from class one being able to SPEAK comprehensible, 'bites' of language that are relevant to their workplace.

We use a train-the-trainers model; we want to empower you, a Spanish-speaker, with the tools to then teach your peers. Upon succesful completion of this training, you will become a Certified Reality Language(R) Trainer. We will then work with you to set up your first class and get you teaching! Reality Language ® trainers earn competitive hourly wages for teaching classes.
